Against the Current share “White Noise,” the latest single from their forthcoming album Till Death & Back, arriving 30th October 2026. Packed with driving guitars, soaring vocals, and the kind of infectious energy that has made the band a force on stages around the world, “White Noise” captures the obsessive, inescapable feeling of having someone constantly running through your mind.
Built around the idea of a person becoming impossible to tune out, the track transforms that mental noise into an explosive, hook-heavy anthem. It’s restless, immediate, and undeniably fun. It’s a song that feels designed for a crowd to scream back from the first chorus.
For vocalist Chrissy Costanza, the track stood out from the moment it came together. “White Noise is one of those tracks that you instantly know is going to be insanely fun to play live. It’s about that feeling of someone that you just can’t seem to get out of your head, like ‘white noise’ in the background they’re always there. I loved getting to write with Cass and Max, the sessions are always a blast and that energy comes out in the song.”
That energy is at the heart of “White Noise". Rather than dwelling in the darker side of fixation, Against the Current turns the feeling into something exhilarating, pairing the song’s emotional tension with the band’s trademark ability to make massive, memorable rock songs.
The single arrives as the band builds toward the release of their new album, Till Death & Back, on 30th October, marking another chapter in Against the Current’s evolution. Known for their dynamic blend of alternative rock and modern pop sensibilities, the band have consistently pushed beyond genre boundaries while maintaining the larger than life hooks and live intensity that define them.
With “White Noise,” Against the Current offers a glimpse into what's next; bigger moments, sharper songwriting, and songs built to leave an impact both on record and in the room. If the new single is any indication, the October 30th album release is set to deliver plenty more of that same electricity.
