DELIVERANCE Descend Into A World Of Rot With "It Lured Me To Her" EP

DELIVERANCE, the deathcore and metalcore project masterminded by producer and instrumentalist Luke Fiadino, have released their new EP It Lured Me To Her. Spanning six tracks and approximately 18 minutes, the record delivers a concentrated dose of punishing heaviness, dark atmosphere, and extreme vocal intensity. Operating as a collaborative studio project rather than a traditional band with a fixed lineup, DELIVERANCE places Fiadino’s musical direction at the core, with Jackson Rose serving as the project’s sole permanent voice and face. The result is a focused release that moves through different shades of brutality without overstaying its welcome.

The EP opens with “living, breathing rot,” establishing a grim foundation before “she’s terrified (even in heaven),” featuring Jackson Rose, continues the descent into darker territory. The track titles reinforce the unsettling character of the release, while the combination of deathcore and metalcore provides its musical backbone. Across these opening cuts, DELIVERANCE establish a bleak atmosphere that carries through the EP, keeping the focus on heaviness and intensity.

“333 S Ingmore St, Hedgeview, OR 97771” follows, introducing an unexpected title into the record’s disturbing sequence before “did i make you happy?” continues the journey. The fifth track, “headlight lullaby,” also featuring Jackson Rose, adds another collaboration to the release, leading into the closing track, “in an ocean of flesh.” Together, the six songs form a compact collection that moves quickly between its different chapters, maintaining the EP’s dark identity throughout.

With It Lured Me To Her, DELIVERANCE continue to explore the possibilities of a collaborative studio project built around Fiadino’s production and instrumental work, with Rose providing a central vocal presence. The EP’s concise runtime makes for an intense, direct listen, delivering six tracks of extreme music without unnecessary detours. It Lured Me To Her is available now for listeners looking for a short, heavy plunge into DELIVERANCE’s unsettling world.
