Russian modern metal force ТАЙМСКВЕР have joined forces with DRUMMATIX for “Муза,” a collaboration that brings together two distinctive approaches to contemporary heavy music. Released on October 2, 2026, the 3:28-minute track finds the band sharing the spotlight with DRUMMATIX, the stage name of Ekaterina Pavlovna Bardysh, a Russian musician, singer and sound producer known for blending hip-hop, electronic and ethnic folk influences.
“Муза” translates as “Muse,” giving the collaboration an evocative central concept that fits naturally within ТАЙМСКВЕР’s modern metal framework. Rather than limiting the track to a single musical language, the collaboration creates space for contrasting elements to meet, bringing the heavier side of ТАЙМСКВЕР together with DRUMMATIX’s broader electronic and genre-crossing background.
DRUMMATIX has developed a distinctive identity through the combination of hip-hop, electronic dance music and ethnic folk elements, making her contribution a natural point of contrast within a modern heavy setting. “Муза” therefore stands as a meeting between Russian modern metal and a more expansive electronic-driven approach, allowing both artists to bring their own character into the same composition.
With “Муза,” ТАЙМСКВЕР and DRUMMATIX deliver a collaboration that pushes beyond straightforward genre boundaries while keeping the focus firmly on atmosphere and contemporary heaviness. The single is available now, adding another intriguing chapter to ТАЙМСКВЕР’s evolving sound.
