Sydney, Australia-based artist CENOBIA has released her debut EP Lethal Devotion, opening another chapter in the mysterious world that has surrounded the project since its emergence in 2025. Released September 18, 2026 via Fearless Records, the six-track EP brings together the previously released “Devour Me,” “Throne Of Want,” “Make Us Whole Again,” and “Swallowed By The World” with two new compositions, “Hypoxia” and “Constellation.” Alongside the EP’s arrival, CENOBIA has shared the official visualizer for “Hypoxia,” giving listeners another entry point into a project built around modern heaviness, atmosphere, and an increasingly elaborate mythology.
“Hypoxia” arrives as the penultimate track on Lethal Devotion, following the six-minute “Swallowed By The World.” Across the EP, CENOBIA has developed a sound that combines heavy modern-metal foundations with haunting melodies, weighty riffs, and an emphasis on contrast. Her music has been closely connected to an ongoing narrative exploring themes of obsession, internal conflict, trauma, and rebirth, with each release functioning as another chapter in the wider CENOBIA universe.
The release also marks an important step for CENOBIA following her signing with Fearless Records earlier this year. After independently introducing the project with “Devour Me” in 2025, she quickly followed with “Throne Of Want” and “Make Us Whole Again,” building a growing audience around her music and interconnected storytelling. The Lethal Devotion campaign has now brought that developing world together into CENOBIA’s first complete body of work.
With Lethal Devotion now out in full and “Hypoxia” adding another piece to the puzzle, CENOBIA continues to expand a world where darkness, vulnerability, and crushing modern heaviness exist side by side. The story has only just begun.
