RAIN CITY DRIVE Unveils New Single "Medicate Me" Featuring Rory Rodriguez of DAYSEEKER

Hailing from Palm Coast, FL – Rain City Drive are sharing their anthematic new track "Medicate Me" featuring Dayseeker's lead vocalist Rory Rodriguez, on April 26 via Thriller Records. This single follows the band's latest track "Frozen" which has been played over 600 times on SiriusXM Octane and racked up over 3 Million streams to date. "Frozen" was the band's first release since sharing their deluxe version of Rain City Drive, featuring reimagined renditions of fan-favorite song's "Cutting It Close," "Blood Runs Cold" and "Talk To A Friend."

"Medicate Me" binds together the perfect contrast between heavy-melodies and an electrifying pop sound. The chorus is doused in an addictive hook immersing fans in a powerful new era of Rain City Drive. Rodriguez's vocals compliment McAndrew's creating a unique dynamic and making for a truly sensational track.

""Medicate Me" is about chasing the high of a toxic relationship to escape boredom/complacency. Featuring Rory Rodriguez from Dayseeker, produced by Daniel Braunstein, mixed by Zakk Cervini, it was a blast to bring this song to life with such talented people. This track is simultaneously one of our heaviest and most pop leaning songs to date- a sneak peak into our ambitions and hard hitting third album." Says lead vocalist, Matt McAndrew and the new single
