The Swedish thrash and melodic death metal band VILT strives to take the classic Scandinavian sound to new heights. Through aggressive riffs, fast drums, and intense vocal performances they have already established a unique signature style where each new release highlights their passion.
In 2022, VILT released the two-track single 'Adversary,' which received a tremendous reception, earning the band a slot at In Flames festival Dalhalla Brinner. The success was followed up by 'Black Death' and 'Heart of Gold'—two tracks that showcase that even the heaviest songs can have memorable choruses.
In addition to this, the band has now signed with Fifth Island Music/Gain and are ready to take the next step in their career. Together with the label, they have developed a long-term plan, with a single release being first in line. Today the band releases new single 'Six Feet Deep' which will be followed by both an EP and a full-length album.
Six Feet Deep takes the listener on a hectic journey through the dark corners of madness, mixing intense metal riffs with thought-provoking lyrics.
