KITE THIEF - Release New Single and Announce UK Tour for 2024

Fresh from blistering performances at 2000 Trees Festival and Wildfire Festival and sharing stages with the likes of RXPTRS, Of Virtue, and InMe, Kite Thief will release their new single ‘Goldsick’ on the 15th September 2023. The band recently announced signing to Year Of The Rat Records and released single ‘The Tide’ which picked up coverage with the likes of RTE2XM, Primordial Radio, BBC Bristol, BBC South West, Independent Music Insider, Amazing Radio, Deezer and many other respected publications. The band also announce an 8 date UK headline tour for 2024 too.

Elin - “When we finally decided to get new music going, we booked an air bnb with a hot tub in Devon, turned it into a studio and spent the weekend writing, drinking wine and chilling. This song was the first one we wrote, late at night, weirdly enough we were jamming some Jill Scott (the singer, not the footballer, but either way, slay) and this is what came out. Its working title was Hot Tub Time Machine, dedicated to our beloved warm and bubbly best mate for the weekend.”
