HELL’S DITCH - Unveil Music Video For "Take The Night Off"

British punk rock group Hell’s Ditch are back with their brand-new single ‘Take The Night Off’ which is out now via Silent Cult Records.

Born and raised in the urban sprawls of the Northwest and Midlands, Hell’s Ditch are setting a course to spark a new rebellion on our shores. Their new single ‘Take The Night Off’ comes as the cost of living in the UK soars and wages fall ever further behind. The single draws focus on working-class aspirations at a time when a desire for real change is palpable. With industrial action rife, and growing discourse around the widening wealth gap, 'Take The Night Off' discusses the need for both fair compensation and respect.

We're made to feel lucky that we have a job and that we should be grateful for the opportunity to fight over scraps from the tables of the political class. People deserve more than just the bare minimum - we deserve dignity and good quality of life. Take The Night Off is about the need to live a life beyond the daily grind. Bread and roses, if you will". Vocalist Nick Davis.

Although Hell’s Ditch is a new entity the members are no newcomers to the scene, coming together from well-loved underground UK punk bands. They earned their stripes by previously sharing stages with the likes of Anti-Flag, H2O, Mad Caddies, Joyce Manor and playing festivals like Groezrock, Rebellion and Download.

‘Take The Night Off’ sees Hell’s Ditch embark on their most ambitious work to date. It follows a string of singles that were released through 2021 with their first single 'Hope Is Hope' debuting on the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show. Hell’s Ditch also caught the attention of the likes of Kerrang!, Radio X, Punktastic and folk-punk troubadour, Frank Turner.

Their new single comes off the back of a busy touring schedule alongside international bands like Kali Masi and invitations to grace Manchester Punk Fest, Vegan Camp Out, Right To Roam Festival and a debutant international show at Germany's Booze Cruise Festival.
