EXECUTION DAY - Share New Single Video "Hollow"

Pennsylvania metalcore/hard rock quartet Execution Day have returned with a Sirius Octane-ready new single "Hollow." The song is a beautiful redesign of the band's sound, mixing ballad-like concepts with their biting energy.

"This track really took us out of our comfort zone," says vocalist Dylan Dively. "We wanted to write/put something out that was different, something we never have done before."

"Hollow" is an aching track that encapsulates hopelessness with lines like "I start to fantasize about not being here tomorrow." It's the second single that sees guitarist Alec Coslow taking over co-vocal duties (following-up the cutthroat track "Escape") and is the first introduction of Chad Sutliff on drums.

Founded in 2016, Execution Day has been tirelessly pushing, touring and creating new music. Their debut EP From the Bottom of my Heart was released in 2017 and established the band as one of Pittsburgh’s premier metalcore acts. Following that release, they hit the road, touring across the Midwest and playing with acts such as, Falling in Reverse, The Plot in You, Like Moths to Flames and many more.
