Roman James grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota. His first concert was Linkin Park and after that he knew he wanted to be an artist. When he was 10 years old he ran into a friend, Kyle Pfeiffer (Blacklite District) in school and they began jamming and eventually doing local shows at coffee shops until years later they became popular selling out venues left and right. Throughout the years Pfeiffer wrote all the music and Roman sang for as they were a band “Blacklite District” at the time until later in the years after major touring it was decided it was best to split ways as separate artists. Roman James is now hard at it working on music still in the Black Hills. Keep an eye out for more music to come from ROMAN.
