The Italian Metal band ELYNE kicked off 2021 with the release of their new single "Wounds Are Gold".
The band commented:
"The song takes inspiration from the Japanese art of Kintsugi where you can transform something broken and irreparable into something precious." says vocalist Daniele Faccani, and adds "Healing the wounds of the soul through the awareness that from the darkest moments you can find a way to shine like gold again."
After releasing their latest album Art Of Being Human in March 2020, during the outbreak of the pandemic the band signed with Massive Music for future bookings and announced their presence at the Impericon Festival in Leipzig, Germany.
The new song sees the band collaborate with Joseph Mcqueen (Bad Wolves, As I Lay Dying) for mixing and with Ted Jensen (Lamb Of God, Parkway Drive) for mastering.
