Spiritbox have released a music video for their new single titled, "Belcarra". The song follows up on their run of single releases which have accumulated over 500,000 Spotify streams.
Vocalist, Courtney LaPlante commented, "Lyrically this song mirrors the instrumental: it is anxious, angry and full of spite. It is a ode to all the things I don’t like about myself and how claustrophobic that makes me feel. The singing break is also a highlight for me because though I feel most comfortable in layers and harmonies, in this song the singing is on track, done in one or two takes. I purposely recorded this singing part after I was done all the screaming for all tracks, and you can really hear the exhaustion is my voice."
