VERSES' debut EP (Pyramid Dreams) was released in December of 2016 and was received so well that Nu Metal legends FLAW asked them to open a leg of their mid-west tour.

Their first single “The Feels” got major attention and went viral garnering over 100k views. The video was shot by well-known director Miguel Rivera which displayed an in-depth storyline depicting the daily struggles of life. Since then, they’ve shared the stage with such acts as Attila, Fire From The Gods, The Color Morale, Sylar, Volumes, Nonpoint, and Nine Shrines. In fact, Andrew Baylis (Nine Shrines/X-Life On Repeat) was so impressed by their set that he immediately reached out to the members following their opening performance. “He really wanted to work with us,” said vocalist Trey Landrum. “We were kind of shocked someone went out of their way to express such interest.”

In March of 2018, VERSES began pre-production on the long awaited follow up with Andrew Baylis at the helms. Baylis, who has produced acts such as My Enemies & I, Sylar, Savage Hands, and Picturesque, brought a unique style to the band that helped further the sound with a sense of structure and maturity.

The follow up release titled “STASIS” is slated to be released on November 9, 2018.

The effort focuses more on the vocal presentation, pocket grooves, and memorable hooks. “It’s a lot darker than our last release,” said vocalist Trey Landrum. “He (Baylis) really brought it out of us”.
