GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2019 - New Bands Announced


The bill for Graspop Metal Meeting 2019 is gradually taking shape. All at once, today, we have 48 names to add to the list. All different. Classic rock heroes, jet black metal players, hardcore and modern death metal bands, as well as other colossal names. New to the line up we have:

Earlier this week Graspop Metal Meeting announced two headliners for GMM19: Within Temptation (Friday 21 June) and Slipknot (Saturday 22 June). The Festival takes place in the Stenehei Festival Park in Dessel, from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 June. Tickets go on sale on Saturday 27 October at 10 am and are available via ticketmaster.be and proximusgoformusic.be.

Also on sale, besides combitickets, we have accommodation for GMM19. Last festival edition Metal Park, Metal Town, Camping Skullotel and Camping Boneyard (rental tents) were all sold out. This year the festival offers new accommodation at Devil's Lake, where Graspop metalheads can sleep peacefully in luxury cottages or hotel rooms overlooking two large lakes on the edge of the Lommel Sahara. A free shuttle service takes festival-goers to and from the site.

More names for GMM19 to follow soon. Day tickets go on sale at a later date.

Graspop Metal Meeting 2019 takes place from 21-23 June. For the 24th time, the Stenehei festival venue in Dessel will shake to its foundations! In keeping with a proud tradition the bill is packed with a variety of heavy music genres ranging from hard rock to death metal, from black metal to punk, from metalcore to thrash and many more. Metalheads from across the globe will once again flock to Dessel for a high mass of epic guitar violence, bone-shattering drums and gut-wrenching screams. Time to start warming up those neck muscles!
