MetalDays festival is one of the most unique events on the calendar for heavy metal fans. 12,000 fans from around the world and over 100 bands create a whole City of Metal just outside of Tolmin in the Slovenian mountains.
The largest music festival in Slovenia delivered once again with five days of raging entertainment across three stages –with some all-time light and lazor shows beaming across the mountains from the stages across the mountains.
MetalDays signed up some of the biggest names in metal to mark the 11th anniversary of the festival, with headliners including Volbeat, Megadeth, Opeth, Heaven Shall Burn, Sabaton, Satyricon, Children Of Bodom, My Dying Bride, Amorhips, Tiamat and Moonsorrow.
If you headed to the Monster Energy area you could get down to a punching bag contest and some table football to keep you going throughout the weekend and Monster Energy will be returning as a sponsor in 2015, so be ready to rage with Monster once again.
The population of MetalCity, Slovenia remains limited to 12,000 souls for 2015, so get your hands on one of the 2000 tickets already available. MetalDays 2015 will be held from July 19th to 25th and the first bands will be announced in September.
