One of the rising acts on the French metalcore scene, MAZE'D returns with “Romanticize”, an intense and explosive new single accompanied by a brand-new music video!
After exploring alt-pop influences with “Satellite”, the Toulouse-based band takes a darker and heavier direction, combining powerful riffs, oppressive atmospheres and emotionally charged choruses.
Produced by Bertrand Poncet, known for his work with Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! and LANDMVRKS, “Romanticize” explores themes of dissociation, alienation and loss of identity. A visceral track that showcases the band's musical versatility and creative freedom.
Hailing from Toulouse, France, MAZE'D delivers a modern take on metalcore, blending sharp riffs, electronic elements and emotionally driven melodies.
With their debut album Asylum, released in 2025, the band established its musical identity, creating a sound that is both powerful and introspective.
Moving between melodic compositions and heavier, more aggressive passages, MAZE'D continues to explore different sides of metalcore, fueled by an intense live energy.
