GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2027 Announces BLINK-182 As First Headliner

Graspop Metal Meeting has announced BLINK-182 as the first headliner for its 30th edition, bringing the Californian punk rock icons to Dessel, Belgium, for their first-ever appearance at the festival. The band will close the South Stage on Saturday, June 19, 2027, adding a major name to the anniversary edition of one of Europe’s leading heavy music festivals. Since forming in California in 1992, Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker have helped shape modern punk rock with infectious guitar melodies, irreverent humour, and a sound that has influenced generations of fans.

Over the course of their career, BLINK-182 have delivered a string of albums that became defining releases for the genre. Enema of the State, Take Off Your Pants and Jacket, blink-182, and ONE MORE TIME… remain central to the band’s catalogue, packed with songs that helped carry punk rock into the mainstream. Their combination of catchy hooks, energetic performances, and tongue-in-cheek attitude has secured their place among the most recognisable names in the scene.

Tom DeLonge departed the band in 2015 before rejoining in 2022, bringing the classic lineup back together. The reunion led to renewed touring and the release of ONE MORE TIME… in 2023, the band’s ninth studio album. With Hoppus, DeLonge, and Barker back on stage together, Graspop attendees can look forward to hearing fan favourites such as “All the Small Things,” “What’s My Age Again?,” and “First Date” when the band take over the South Stage.

BLINK-182’s first appearance at Graspop Metal Meeting is set to be a major moment in the festival’s 30th-anniversary celebrations. More details about ticket sales for Graspop Metal Meeting 2027 will be announced soon, so keep an eye on the official Graspop Metal Meeting website and the festival’s social media channels for further updates.
