SALIVA have released the official music video for “Sin City Mistress,” the latest visual chapter from their new album Breaking Through. Released on September 25, the video arrives shortly after the album’s August 14 release through Judge & Jury Records, giving the track from the record’s 13-song lineup a fresh spotlight. Written by vocalist Bobby Amaru and Neil Sanderson, “Sin City Mistress” brings together the band’s hard-rock foundation with a charged, late-night atmosphere built around temptation, excess and the darker side of desire.
Musically, the song leans into SALIVA’s ability to combine heavy guitars, driving drums and an instantly memorable chorus with a more dangerous and seductive edge. “Sin City Mistress” revolves around the meeting of desperation, pleasure and toxic attraction, using the imagery of Las Vegas as the backdrop for a relationship driven by impulse and excess. Bobby Amaru’s vocals give the track its swaggering personality, while the band keeps the arrangement direct and built for maximum impact.
Breaking Through arrived as SALIVA’s latest full-length and features collaborations with Trevor McNevan of THOUSAND FOOT KRUTCH, Austin John Winkler of HINDER and Johnny Van Zant of LYNYRD SKYNYRD. Produced by Bobby Amaru and Steve Perreira, with executive production from Howard Benson and Neil Sanderson, the album explores themes of adversity, grief, resilience and healing across its 13 tracks. “Sin City Mistress” sits at the centre of that tracklist, following “Fight Of My Life” and preceding “Last Goodbye.”
The new video adds another chapter to the ongoing Breaking Through campaign, while SALIVA continue carrying their established legacy into a new era. With Bobby Amaru on vocals alongside Brad Stewart, Josh Kulack, Sebastian LaBar and Sammi Jo Bishop, the band continue delivering the combination of hard-rock weight, big hooks and attitude that has remained central to their identity.
