MIRRORS have returned with “Devil’s Due,” the latest single from their long-awaited sophomore album, The Red Sky, arriving Friday, November 27, 2026 via Greyscale Records. The Australian metalcore outfit unveiled the track alongside the announcement of their signing to the label, marking a fresh chapter for the band after years of developing their expansive and emotionally charged sound. “Devil’s Due” is the opening track on the eleven-song album and serves as the latest introduction to a record built around destruction, transformation and the possibility of rebuilding from what remains.
At the heart of “Devil’s Due” is the idea of confronting a destructive force that can take different forms. MIRRORS explore the presence of someone whose influence brings out the worst in us, as well as the internal voice capable of pushing us further away from who we want to become. The song ultimately centers on recognition and release, asking what or who needs to be left behind in order to move forward.
The Red Sky expands that theme into a broader exploration of apocalypse, approached both literally and metaphorically. The album examines experiences that can completely dismantle our understanding of life, from personal loss and damaging relationships to forces beyond our control, while also presenting those moments as opportunities for growth and reconstruction. The record follows MIRRORS’ 2021 debut album, The Ego’s Weight, and features eleven tracks, including “Red Sky,” “Grey Haven,” “Home,” “Eleventh Hour,” “Exile,” “Refuge,” “The Last Rain,” “Wasteland,” “Vestige” and “End Of Days.”
