Dutch metalcore/deathcore outfit CHANGING TIDES return with “You Said It All,” the latest single from their new EP To Exist Is Worth Nothing. Released on September 25, 2026, the six-track EP marks another chapter for the five-piece from the southern Netherlands, who have built their sound around crushing guitar work, massive breakdowns, atmospheric layers and a balance between aggressive screams and melodic clean vocals.

“You Said It All” brings a strong melodic dimension into the band’s heavier framework, pairing an infectious chorus with driving riffs and the weight that has become synonymous with CHANGING TIDES.
