REV3RENT Open the Doors to Their Touring World in New “Bus Invaders” Episode

Young deathcore outfit REV3RENT invite fans inside their touring RV in the latest episode of DTB's Bus Invaders, filmed during the New World Killer Tour alongside Spite, Emmure and Psycho-Frame. Frontman Josh Bailey Guard takes viewers through the band's temporary home on the road, introducing the rest of the lineup along with their guitar tech and driver before giving a closer look at what life is like between shows. The band are currently supporting their latest single Last One Here, but this time the focus shifts away from the stage and toward the much more unpredictable reality of touring.

The tour vehicle quickly proves to have plenty of personality of its own. There is no radio, so the band rely on a Bluetooth speaker for their music, while the onboard television is effectively useless because it doesn't work. As Guard moves through the RV, the usual tour necessities begin to appear: a kitchen area equipped with dishes, a microwave and stove, alongside a refrigerator and freezer that are both looking decidedly empty. Snacks are available, however, with chips and candy helping fill some of the gaps left by the missing groceries.

The tour also comes with a few unexpected additions. The band reveal that they have fireworks with them, reportedly given to them at one of the shows, adding another bizarre item to the collection of things occupying their temporary home. The bathroom situation is considerably less glamorous, with the toilet not working and the resulting smell making it clear that some parts of life on the road are better left unexplored. Guard also reveals that everyone in REV3RENT except the vocalist is a stoner, giving another glimpse into the personalities behind the band.

The final stop on the tour is the bedroom area, completing a walkthrough that shows the less polished side of life on the road. From empty fridges and broken televisions to questionable bathrooms, snacks and unexpected fireworks, REV3RENT's RV is far from luxurious — but it is home while the band are out conquering stages. The New World Killer Tour may be about bringing deathcore to packed venues, but Bus Invaders proves that sometimes the real chaos starts when the band gets back on the bus.
