KING 810 Descend Into Darkness With “Hungry Gods”

KING 810 have returned with “Hungry Gods,” a dark and confrontational new single that opens another chapter in the Flint, Michigan band’s ever-evolving world. Released on June 19, 2026, the track arrives with an official video and follows the band’s prolific Rustbelt Nu-Metal run.

Produced in collaboration with Josh Schroeder, known for his work with Lorna Shore and Frozen Soul, “Hungry Gods” pushes KING 810’s abrasive and unpredictable sound into darker territory. The track carries the band’s characteristic blend of heavy riffs, ominous atmosphere and uncompromising delivery, creating a menacing soundtrack for a song centered around humanity, destruction and greed.

Vocalist and songwriter David Gunn describes “Hungry Gods” as an exploration of the idea that human affairs could be nothing more than sustenance for more sophisticated galactic beings, drawing together themes of natural and unnatural disasters, madness, greed and anything that bleeds.

“Hungry Gods” arrives as KING 810 continue their relentless output following three thematically connected Rustbelt Nu-Metal albums released since 2025. With the new single, the band once again embraces the darkness, experimentation and uncompromising honesty that have defined their career.
