BLEED FROM WITHIN Take Fans Behind The Scenes Of Life On The Road In New ‘Bus Invaders’ Episode

Scottish metal powerhouse Bleed From Within invite fans inside their touring home in a new episode of Bus Invaders, giving viewers an entertaining behind-the-scenes look at life on the road during their Zenith Tour alongside Sylosis, Great American Ghost and Life Cycles. With frontman Scott Kennedy and drummer Ali Richardson leading the tour bus walkthrough, the episode offers plenty of insight into the band's first US headline tour and their first-ever tour bus experience in the country.

The tour itself marks a significant milestone for Bleed From Within. While the band have previously toured the US in a more traditional band wagon setup, this run sees them experiencing the full tour-bus lifestyle for the first time. Their temporary home is shared with Sylosis — Richardson's other band — as well as the touring crew, making for a packed but suitably chaotic environment.

The walkthrough begins in the main lounge, where the band reveal the communal space complete with a television that, despite being available, doesn't receive all that much attention. The bus contains 14 bunks in total, giving everyone a designated place to sleep after long days of travelling and performing.

One of the most important pieces of equipment on board, however, turns out to be much less glamorous: the coffee machine. While coffee is clearly essential to keeping the touring machine running, Richardson reveals that he isn't particularly interested in hot drinks, preferring his beverages cold. The refrigerators are also well stocked, with drinks taking up plenty of space alongside protein bars, shakes, cereals, and other tour essentials.

The pair then take viewers through the bathroom, complete with the familiar tour-bus rule that it is strictly for number ones. From there, the tour continues into the sleeping area, where Kennedy reveals some of the items he keeps with him on the road, including a book written by Blink-182's Mark Hoppus.

Further toward the back of the bus, the atmosphere becomes noticeably less glamorous. The back lounge contains additional bunks but, as is often the case on a working tour bus, the space has largely been transformed into storage. Bags and equipment occupy much of the room, while the band joke about how quickly they're looking forward to getting back home.

The episode captures the less polished side of touring life — from finding space for everyone's belongings to keeping the coffee flowing and surviving weeks in close quarters. For Bleed From Within, it also documents a memorable first: their first US headline run with a proper tour bus, giving fans an intimate look at what life looks like behind the stage lights while supporting their latest album Zenith.
