"Rewind" finds Catch Your Breath confronting the heartbreak that comes with realizing the person you fought so hard for was never fighting for you. Rather than dwelling on the loss itself, the song highlights the moment when regret gives way to clarity, and looking back becomes less about wanting another chance than wishing you had chosen yourself sooner.
