MELLA Announce U.S. Summer "Or So We've Been Touring..." Dates Spanning July & August; New LP Out Now

Legendary independent New York-based rock label Equal Vision Records, kill iconic records and progressive post-hardcore band Mella are excited to announce the band’s upcoming summer tour. Titled Or So We’ve Been Touring…, the upcoming run will span July and August and kick off on Friday, July 10 in Hamtramck, MI. Taking in 21 evenings across all regions of the country with support from Body Thief and Postdrome on all dates, the tour will culminate in a performance at Subterranean in Chicago, IL on Sunday, August 9. With roots in raw emotion and an ear for detail, the members of Mella — Danny Ray McCool Jr. (vocals), James Lucas Artwohl (bass, keys) and Luke Martucci (drums) — blend intricate instrumentation, dynamic shifts, and lyrical vulnerability to create something that hits hard and lingers longer on its new showcase, Or So I’ve Been Told… Their sound pulls from the intensity of post-hardcore, the introspection of emo, and the unpredictability of progressive structures, without ever losing sight of the song itself.
