FILTH Crash Through With Cinematic New Video For “Rollin” LIMP BIZKIT Cover, Drop New EP "Welcome To Shell Town"

Rising North Carolina heavy hitters FILTH return with a ferocious cover of Limp Bizkit’s “Rollin,” accompanied by an official music video and taken from their new EP Welcome To Shell Town, released via Crowdkill Records. Known for their aggressive modern metalcore sound, the band breathe new life into the classic nu-metal track, adding their own heavy twist while paying homage to the genre’s roots.

FILTH’s rendition of “Rollin” pounds forward with crushing riffs, groove-driven rhythms, and commanding vocals, transforming the original into a hard-hitting metalcore anthem. The band’s interpretation leans into raw aggression while maintaining the infectious energy and attitude that made the song iconic, blending nostalgia with contemporary heaviness.

The cinematic music video complements the track with a high-octane, post-apocalyptic aesthetic reminiscent of a Mad Max–style world. Dark landscapes, chaotic visuals, and intense performance sequences immerse viewers in a dystopian environment, amplifying the track’s power while adding a dramatic, story-driven layer to the song.

Welcome To Shell Town showcases FILTH’s versatility across six tracks, including covers of Drowning Pool’s “Bodies” featuring Nathan James, Disturbed’s “Stupify,” and their original cuts “Shell Town,” “Outta Pocket,” and “Not Around Here.” With “Rollin,” FILTH demonstrate their ability to fuse classic nu-metal energy with modern metalcore precision, further establishing themselves as a rising force in North Carolina’s heavy music scene.
