Blending raw aggression with uncompromising lyrical depth, Swedish deathcore act BITE DOWN are ready to present their brand new full-length album, ‘Violent Playground’. To celebrate the release, the band has dropped a music video for the track ‘Paralythe’, which features Swedish heavyweights ORBIT CULTURE.
"'Paralythe' captures the paralyzing grip of avoidance and the inevitable confrontation with one’s own demons. It explores the terror of a mind playing guillotine games with itself, building from suffocating panic to a final, desperate declaration of survival,” the band explains.

“‘Violent Playground’ was born from watching ourselves unravel and persist at the same time. We live in a world that never stops consuming… This album lives in that contradiction - the damage we do and the strange beauty we’re still capable of. It’s not a warning, and it’s not an answer. It’s a mirror. There’s love here, but it’s fractured. There’s hope, but it hides. And yet, in spite of it all, there’s still something in us that knows how to move together,” the band explains.
