Rising Swedish deathcore act BITE DOWN are ready with the brand-new track ‘Say Something’ - their final single ahead of their full-length album ‘Violent Playground’, set to release in January. Blending raw aggression with uncompromising lyrical depth, BITE DOWN further prove why they are rapidly becoming one of the most exciting new names on the metal scene.
“‘Say Something’ is about the breaking point between silence and connection,” the band explains. “That desperate space where you’re begging to be seen, to be heard, and to know you still matter. It’s a confrontation with self-doubt, fake peace, and the fear of disappearing when no one’s really looking.”

The upcoming album ‘Violent Playground’, dives deep into the contradictions of modern life - the struggle between destruction and resilience, chaos and connection - all channeled through the band’s signature ferocious sound.
“‘Violent Playground’ was born from watching ourselves unravel and persist at the same time. We live in a world that never stops consuming… This album lives in that contradiction - the damage we do and the strange beauty we’re still capable of. It’s not a warning, and it’s not an answer. It’s a mirror. There’s love here, but it’s fractured. There’s hope, but it hides. And yet, in spite of it all, there’s still something in us that knows how to move together,” the band explains.
Produced by BITE DOWN and mixed and mastered by Buster Odeholm, ‘Violent Playground’ is set to release on January 9th via Prime Collective.
