ADEPT Unveils Explosive New Single “YOU” — A Bold New Chapter

Swedish metalcore resurgence ADEPT returns to the spotlight with their electrifying new single, “YOU,” released today via Napalm Records.

The band’s first original music since 2016 (excluding the recent comeback single Heaven) marks a clear evolution in their sound. “YOU” blends searing riffs, dynamic grooves, and razor-sharp vocal interplay, capturing both personal intensity and powerful release.

ADEPT will debut “YOU” live during their 2025 European festival run, including performances at Rock for People, Summer Breeze, Rock the Lakes, and Nova Rock.

Formed in 2004 in Trosa, Sweden, ADEPT became a central figure in European metalcore with four acclaimed studio albums between 2009–2016. After a nine-year hiatus, they returned in early 2025 with Heaven. “YOU” signals a confident new era, showcasing a blend of powerful melodies, emotional depth, and unfiltered aggression.
