GHOST CHANT Release Introspective EP, "Hell May Await Me"

New York based hardcore outfit, Ghost Chant, is excited to announce the release of their new EP, Hell May Await Me, today. The EP, released via Revival Recordings, features the band’s most recent single “No Recovery.” Alongside the release, the band also released an accompanying music video for their track, “Breathe In, Breathe Out” yesterday with YouTube outlet BVTV and can be viewed BELOW!

The making of Hell May Await Me led to some deep introspection for the band members especially vocalist Dan Sheehan. Discussing the process, Sheehan shared, “Therapeutic in the way the stories are told, ‘Hell May Await Me’ did exactly that, helped me come to terms with a massive emotional bombardment. It’s coming to terms with finally understanding that you can spend countless years with someone and still never truly know them at all.”

This emotion is present in every track on the EP. “Every track is laced and woven with the satisfaction of cutting myself wide open to purge the sleepless nights, days without eating, and moments sitting silently in home that became a constant reminder of what once was and learning that in the end, we all must move forward. Time is a resource we never get back in this life, what is left for us is all we have, and the determination to find a way to be okay,” Sheehan explained.

Hell May Await Me is available on all DSP platforms now. Fans looking for physical merch can find it in the Revival Recordings Shop.
