SOCIETY 1 Defaces The Holy Quran In New Video; Gets Death Threats

On the heels of their highly controversial movie "Everyone Dies (Rockstars Don't Count)" Society 1 hasn't slowed down on breaking limits never dared to be broken before. In their latest video, "Lose Your Faith" released just two weeks after the film which is the #1 viewed film on Thunderflix.com, Zane defaces a Holy Quran in some of the most perverse ways imaginable.

In 2023 a man in Sweden was murdered for burning the Quran outside a Mosque and Society 1 has already received death threats after posting behind the scenes photographs of the music video. When asked if he was concerned about the very real possibility of violent retaliation for this artistic act of protest Zane had this to say:

"Any band trying to be subversive these days by using Christianity in a prurient or blasphemous way is laughable. It's the safest form of protest in pop culture at this point. I'm not even sure what people are trying to say anymore if they go that route. It's lazy. I wanted to partake in a true act of rebellion."
