SUGAR SPINE Set To Re-Release Viral Hit "Go Outside (C**T)"

High-energy metalcore band SUGAR SPINE is set to re-release their hit single, "Go Outside (C**t)" - a revamped and more aggressive version of their original track that took social media by storm. Following their viral success and recent signing with Prime Collective (home to artists such as CABAL, Distant, and Møl), this release marks a key milestone in the band’s rapidly growing international presence. Watch the accompanying lyric video above.

The original version of "Go Outside" was recorded by frontman Josh Muncke during a forced quarantine in 2021, using only his laptop microphone and old guitar. Now, the project has come full circle, with the quartet evolving from Muncke’s solo project into a full-fledged band. The revamped “Go Outside (C**t) offers a fierce new mix and a refined, aggressive edge.

“We’ve come a long way from recording ‘Go Outside’ in a hotel room”, says vocalist Josh Muncke. “Signing with Prime Collective and becoming a full band has been huge for us, but it feels right to celebrate day one by re-releasing this track with better production and a bolder sound. The lyrics still resonate—there’s so much hate and toxicity online, some people need to get off their keyboard and see the sun. I was pissed off looking at how everyone treated each other during covid, but things don’t change, even now. Thankfully, I’ve got an incredible band behind me, and together we wanted to release a version that hits even harder.”

Since their rapid rise, SUGAR SPINE has shared the stage with prominent international acts such as Jesus Piece, Breakdown of Sanity, Half Me, and Misery Signals. The band’s collaborative efforts also extend to working with heavyweights like Born of Osiris, Distant, Bleed From Within, and To The Grave. Despite being relatively new to the scene, SUGAR SPINE has made significant strides, captivating audiences and building a dedicated following with their energetic performances and raw, authentic sound.

"Go Outside (C**t)" is already available on all streaming services through Prime Collective.
