Spanish Modern Metal outfit, SYNLAKROSS have released a new music video for the new single "Mental Breakdown".
The band commented:
The song is about the experience of having a mental breakdown, when anxiety peaks and you collapse.
Due to the social pressure and depression that leads you to this mental crisis we can all identify with this song.
We know pills and medications are an illusion, not a solution (In most cases)
They lose effectiveness over time and we end up increasing the dose.
There's a lot of work to be done in the field of mental health. It's a social debate that we should talk about more and more often.
