GOJIRA Watch Monumental Performance of "Ah! Ça ira" at Opening Ceremony of Olympic Games 2024

Yesterday was a historic day in metal! For the first time ever a metal band performed at the opening ceremony of the Olympic games. The Summer Olympic Games 2024 are held this year in Paris, France. 

Yes, Gojira is French, but nevertheless, to be invited to perform at this kind of ceremony is groundbreaking and what a an epic performance this was. The band was performing alongside opera singer Marina Viotti on the walls of The Conciergerie, a former royal palace and prison that is now a French national monument and museum with pyros firing in the air all the time.
