With only a month to go, it's time to get ready! The latest addition of six more bands completes this year's line-up.
The French band CELESTE will make their way to Spálené Poříčí and will take you by storm with their avant-garde black metal. The Czech alternative scene will be represented by PRVNÍ HOŘE, who are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year. From Slovakia will come the heavy thrash metal explosion ACID FORCE, who will bring honest old school metal from the 80s. You can also look forward to pure thrash metal by REFORE. SHOGUN TOKUGAWA returned to the stage last year after 11 years with their new wave of post-hardcore and DEADROOTS, a young Czech band inspired by the legends of metal, will not be missing either.
This year at Basinfire, the pagan folk metal band ARKONA will perform, returning after five years with their ninth studio album "Kob‘". The list is also enriched by two British names – the talented melodic post-hardcore band AS EVERYTHING UNFOLDS and DREAM STATE, a four-member alternative rock band from southern Wales.
Fans of the Czech music scene will also be delighted, as the line-up has expanded with nine Czech bands, including the band NIAKARA by bassist Zdeněk Kuba (ex-ARAKAIN), PAN LYNX, the musical and visual project of Michal Skořepa, and 1000BOMBS, a thrash/death metal quartet from Plzeň. The Czech representation will also be strengthened by HENTAI CORPORATION, one of the most talented and controversial bands in the Czech Republic. With a new album, the project MEAN MESSIAH by Dana Friml will also arrive, and the band HEJTMAN will play their gritty "rock'n'roll".
The Plzeň legend FATA MORGANA will not be missing, whose foundation dates back to around 1984 and was led by Šakal (Törr). The heavy hard rock formation DOGMA ART from Brno, with Martin 'Marthus' Škaroupka (Cradle of Filth) on drums, will also perform. The new album "Leaver" will be presented by SATISFVUCKTION.
Basin also strengthens its black lineup with NYRST from Reykjavík, presenting their new album "Völd", inspired by the raw power of Icelandic volcanoes. Last but not least, Spálené Poříčí will be visited by the occult ASAGRAUM, a pure, straightforward black band led by Obscura.
