MAKES MY BLOOD DANCE - Release New Single “Knowin' It Without Knowin' Why”

Brooklyn-based Disco-Metal group Makes My Blood Dance features frontman EVO and guitarist/programmer Jon Kristian, co-mingling their curiosity for sounds to combine elements of musical theater, pop, and technical metal. Their 50-Shades-Of-Gray-tinged lyric video for new single, “Knowin' it Without Knowin' Why” will be released on October 15th.

The video features avant-noir visuals teasing equal parts vampires and sex workers, paired with artful lyrics covering topics like hate, confusion, and resilience. With lyrics like, “Who is afraid to live without fear, turn up the noise so you disappear, I spent too much time knowin’ it without knowin’ why,” we seem to be witnessing a heated internal negotiation on how to cope with life on life’s terms.

With wide-ranging inspirations, MMBD bring their creations to life like an electric Frankenstein sewn from sounds reminiscent of iconic artists like Rammstein, Ghost and Rocky Horror Picture Show.
