At 11:00 AM on Thursday, the organizers of Brutal Assault announced the first names for
the upcoming 27th edition of the festival, which will take place on August 7-10, 2024. At
the same time as the announcement of the first bands, which already include some of the
major names in the line-up, such as Architects, Behemoth, Motionless in White and
Emperor, the festival's pre-sale has started.
And the fans took the tickets by storm, so Brutal Assault humbly and thankfully announced
the first edition was sold out after only two hours. The next one is on sale for the 4-day
festival traditionally held in the historic Josefov Fortress since 2007 and is valid until the
end of the year or until the festival sells out.
And who is among the first names in the Brutal 27 line-up? British metalcore icons
ARCHITECTS, Polish rebels BEHEMOTH, American metalcore stars MOTIONLESS IN
WHITE returning to the Czech Republic after 11 years, emperors of black metal
EMPEROR, immortal Death paying tribute to LEFT TO DIE with their former members incl.
Obituary bassist Terry Butler, one of the fastest rising bands of the alternative rock scene
in recent years - Belgian trio BRUTUS, extreme thrashers LEGION OF THE DAMNED,
brazenly aggressive deathcorists BODYSNATCHER and psychedelic sludgers
UFOMAMMUT from Italy.
