Roots of Athe date back to 2019 when all members gathered up and started working on their debut EP "Atychia". 21.05.2021 the band released first single "I Hope You Die" with music video. On the day of the premiere the single reached 10 000 views on YouTube, 350 followers on Instagram and more than 100 listeners on spotify. These achievements made the band one of the biggest in polish metalcore scene within a week of the first appearance. From the very first song, Athe has developed a lot of collaborations, like: - Hiring one of the biggest polish Instagram model @queenoftheblack143 (200 000 follow) for a music video, - Taking Ricky Armellino from ICE NINE KILLS for a guest vocal performance, - Having mix and master done by one of the biggest world's poducer WZRDBLD. Athe is as serious as can be and ready for tours and have a lot of material prepared for the future starting with first EP "Atychia", which will be released in June the 7th '21 Athe is more like a cult for a people that feel lost and want music to release them and their emotions. We make music for YOU and we want YOU to not feel alone in this cold world. The themes of our lyrics cover many important topics, ranging from love problems to warning people against the mechanization of the world, killing nature and negating racial and sexual discrimination.

The name Athe refers to the Greek goddess ATÈ, and serves as a metaphor for punishment for wrongdoing.
