Jules Mitch of German metalcore outfit SETYOURSAILS sits down with Jon Garcia and Cori Westbrook to chat about the band's new sophomore album "Nightfall." Mitch gets honest about how their debut record isn't representative of their current sound, and how hard they've worked over the last few years to be a better band. The new album is the payoff. She also talks about how writing music is a way to help her in her struggle with depression, and songs on this album reflect the most brutally honest she's ever been.
