Malta-based Deathcore outfit, MIKAELA have released her new single and music video "Nightmare".
About the "Nightmare":
A nightmare that has tormented a dead woman's mind, making her turn in her grave as a ritual is conducted bringing her to life, ending a nightmare that caused her her life. We experience the nightmare as it is relived in her subconscious until she is finally awake and ready to live again.
This short film is a direct metaphor in its entirety reflecting a true nightmare that we have all lived everyday through this pandemic running over way too many moons and causing too much death, especially those who's music is their tool to life and such outlet was taken away from them. This is to serve as a reminder that nothing lasts forever, even a nightmare like this.
