Formed from the ashes of past bands Illuminate Me (Tragic Hero Records) and Rival, Florida death-core outfit YOU'RE NOT PERFECT are poised to be the next dark breakout from the sunshine state. Musically, the band specializes harnessing it's chaotic energy and crushing breakdowns to craft a relentless tech-death grind reminiscent of acts like Suicide Silence, Knocked Loose and Chelsea Grin.
The band plans to release a music video their debut single “Filled by Fog” later this month before methodically releasing the next three singles over a period of the next year, with plans to compile them into an album afterward. Along with the current four singles, You're Not Perfect are working on new material featuring exciting guest performances and planning live shows to follow.
