Vman (Slipknot) details the heavy amount of work that went into the studio process in writing on his first Slipknot album 'We Are Not Your Kind', what it's like to play those songs live, and still getting that feeling walking out to "Insert Coin" in Part 4 of his appearance on Defender of the Riff with Daniel DeKay.

He further discusses the need to constantly be "on" and focusing on giving his best while still finding a comfortably in the band.
