THE ATOMIC BEAU PROJECT - Get Supernatural With New Single/Video "Cellar Door"

The Atomic Beau Project are Brisbane’s newest prog/heavy powerhouses - and today, in time for Halloween 2020, surely the spookiest Halloween in recent history, they are announcing the imminent arrival of their latest single Cellar Door. Torn straight from the same cloth as Marilyn Manson, SKYND, Poppy, Rob Zombie and more, The Atomic Beau Project have dived DEEP into the occult and supernatural to create the song and its accompanying clip.

The new single will be unleashed on Halloween eve, this Friday, October 30 on all digital stores and streaming platforms at http://ffm.to/cellardoor. The clip premiered on PROG Mag and also with a spin on Triple MMM's Hard N Heavy Down Under with Higgo!

Their latest single stretches into weirder and darker places compared with their previous releases. 

Lead Vocalist Beau says of the new song, "Cellar Door shows off our progression into prog/metal. The song itself is an attempt to portray a horror-movie/supernatural version of 50 Shades of Grey. In the clip, we show a woman in control & needs satisfaction from going out, taking victims, dragging them down into a dark place - the supernatural, and raising them from the dead to be her minions. She desires their life and control over their being. It is intended to be reflective of what men do in positions of power!"

The band’s sound has been compared to that of Devin Townsend, Poppy, and Skynd - Originally a solo studio project created by its founding member, The Atomic Beau Project officially expanded into a full band line-up in 2020.

The dark and ominous clip for Cellar Door was Produced/Directed by Andy James, with Artistic Direction by the band themselves, with Max Van Heusden as Director of Photography and Costumes and Set Design by Cindy Vogels.

Their first release of 2020 ‘Time’, received airplay on Triple M Hard N Heavy, The Faction and more, were featured in the world’s largest progressive rock/metal magazine, PROG and received 8.8/10 on Local Band Smokeout!
