DEVIL’S CUT is a five-piece Hard Rock/Pop-core band from Louisville, KY. Formed in September of 2016 (as VERSES ) with a unique blend of shredding Metalcore music and R&B style vocals. Their debut EP (Pyramid Dreams) was released in December of 2016. Their first single “The Feels” got major attention and went viral garnishing over 100k views. Since then, they’ve shared the stage with such acts as We Came As Romans, Attila, Fire From The Gods, The Color Morale, Sylar, ERRA, Volumes, Nonpoint, and Nine Shrines. In fact, Andrew Baylis (Nine Shrines/X-Life On Repeat) was so impressed by their set that he immediately reached out to the members following their opening performance. “He really wanted to work with us,” said vocalist Trey Landrum. “We were kind of shocked someone went out of their way to express such interest.”

In March of 2018, they began pre-production on the long awaited follow up with Andrew Baylis at the helms. Baylis, whom has produced acts such as My Enemies & I, Sylar, Savage Hands, and Picturesque, brought a unique style to the band that helped further the sound with a sense of structure.

STASIS produced the single “Landslide” which was picked up on Spotify’s NEW BLOOD playlist and earned over 250,000 views collectively via Youtube. In September 2019, FLAW outreached them for support on their coast to coast “Because Of The Brave Tour” which started in Chesapeake, VA and ended in Scottsdale, AZ. STASIS sold over 600 hard units independently and had over 100,000 streams collectively since its release.

In August of 2019 , they began production on their follow up to STASIS working with Andrew Baylis, Cody Quistad of Wage War, Zach Williamson & Dylan Forrester of Picturesque, Cody Ash of Sylar. The untitled effort is slated for release in early 2020 under the new name DEVIL’S CUT.
