Alternative Rockers, Outsider Heart have released a new single "Leper's Bell".
Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Outsider Heart (O♥) - comprising Doug Katula (vocals), Kovy Arseneau (Guitar/Vocals), and Jonah Young (Bass) - discovered their new sound after taking a trip to write in Woodland Hills, California.
