Cage9 is a heavy alt-rock trio from Los Angeles, CA with origins in Panama. Haunting and melodic vocals in the realm of Incubus and 30 Seconds to Mars with vivid, expertly crafted songwriting, heavy and sometimes prog-rock musings bleeding into very catchy sing-alongs take the songs on their 2019 album “Hypesthesia” into very diverse sonic territory - but always manage to sound like Cage9. A new video for the first single "3arthquake" comes out in mid-March.

Cage9 has shared the stage with Asking Alexandria, Ozzy Osbourne, Bad Religion, Ill Nino, Seether, Powerman 5000, Karnivool and more. Cage9 performed on the ShipRocked cruise with Sevendust, Hellyeah, In This Moment, Queensryche, and Buckcherry. The band's songs have been featured in video games (Mx vs. ATV Untamed), WWE wrestler entrance themes (Dolph Zeigler, Stone Cold Steve Austin), TV shows and movies (American Pie, Dukes of Hazzard, Rob Dyrdek’s “Fantasy Factory,” The Shield & CW's Kamen Rider Dragon Knight) as well as spins on L.A.’s “World Famous” KROQ, Sirius Satellite Radio, KLAQ in El Paso, KBEAR in Idaho and many more.

In the band’s 15 plus year existence Cage9 has released almost 100 songs over 8 albums, sold 25,000 copies worldwide, toured the US (over 50 dates last year alone), Japan and Central America.

Lead singer and band mastermind Evan Rodaniche who writes, mixes and produces all of the band's music and videos, has also lent his production and recording talents to a host of other notable artists. This list includes albums by Escape the Fate, Lacey Sturm, Powerman 5000 where he also played guitar, the new side project of Rob Zombie bassist Piggy D The Haxans, Asking Alexandria, Boy Hits Car and many more.

Drummer Abel Vallejo, who drum techs for Ray Luzier of Korn, most notably filled in on drums for that legendary band when Luzier had to miss a show. Gustavo Aued, the band's original bassist returned recently after playing with Powerman 5000 for a few years.
