Modern Metal outfit, Arkangela have released a new single and music video "Take It To Your Grave".
Combining a mix of the chaotic styles of modern metal, the prowess and instincts of classic rock, the infectious hooks of alternative, powerful modern electronic and symphonic elements mixed with something new entirely, Arkangela is a unique rock quartet centered around dualism, with one goal in mind: creating passionate and hard hitting music meant to evoke introspective thought within the listener, invoking influences such as Avenged Sevenfold, Linkin Park, My Chemical Romance, Mötley Crüe, Slipknot and more.
Consisting the talents of frontman Ryan Beck, guitarist Louis Russo, bassist Roman Ryliee, and drummer Gabe Osborn, the quartet has spent their collective lives across the country, each challenging their musicality and worldview. Dubbing themselves "The Saints of Misery", the messages of questioning authority and established ideals, while creating a positive perspective and actions from negativity are common themes in their music.
In 2015, they self released their debut "LIMBO", a concept EP addressing social issues of mental illness, domestic terrorism, and morality as a whole. They have since established themselves in the Saint Louis hard rock and metal scene, performed around the country on “The Saints of Misery” tour in 2017, and shared the stage with many popular and likeminded acts, such as Avatar, Wednesday 13, and John 5 along the way.
After a brief hiatus, Arkangela returns in 2020 with new music, setting their sights focused and forward, releasing their newest single “Take It To Your Grave” on January 31st, 2020.
