Lute, a four-piece Progressive Rock/Metal band from Manchester, return with a blinding new single titled "Victims of The Fall". Following on from their debut single "Fears", it’s a tour de force for fans of Tool, Opeth, Mastodon and other heroes of the Prog genre.

Featuring heavy layered guitars and changing time signatures with soaring vocal harmonies and quiet acoustic moments, LUTE create an epic soundscape that brutalizes then soothes.

Taking influences from Prog heroes TOOL, Opeth, Mastodon, Pink Floyd, and Metallica, LUTE’s lyrics explore the daily routine of a 9 to 5 life and the anxieties it brings. The ongoing desires of faceless workers in faceless offices to break out of endless cycles of repetition find their riff-heavy solace in LUTE’s musical dystopia.
