ONE MORE WEEKEND - Release "Listen" Video

Australian rockers ONE MORE WEEKEND have just released an awesome new video for their track "Listen" via The Moshville Times. The song is from their album "We Used To..."

One More Weekend are always up for a shred and the wilder the better,” says enthusiastic frontman Connor Dougan. Formed in 2015 in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs and working on Dougan’s original songs, the band crafted and mastered their current style of alt-rock. Their live journey kicked off when they played their first show at Healesville's Grind ‘n’ Groove club where they were asked to ‘fill in’ the next night for a last minute no-show act in a Battle of the Bands hosted by Wedgetail Records. They suddenly found themselves through to the final round of the battle performing alongside eight other finalists and winning a full days recording at Wedgetail.

Live gigs started coming thick and fast including spots on the Melbourne legs of the ‘Double Lined Minority’ (Qld), ‘The Beautiful Monument’ (Vic), and ‘The Engagement’ (Vic) tours and after winning “best act” in the Knox Big Break Festival, they were asked to play the Dweebfest festival in Mt Gambier.

An East Coast tour supporting Brisbane’s Skies Collide followed, and then spots with Bec Sandridge (Vic), ‘Halfwait’ (NSW), Brisbane’s ‘We Set Signals’ (Qld), ‘Madam Wong’ (NSW) and ‘Ablaze’ (Vic), saw the band play over 140 successful live shows to date. With their hunger and passion showing no signs of slowing up, they have developed their stagecraft to produce a tight, high energy, live performance.

Amidst all this, they managed to complete the tracking, mixing and mastering for their first full-length debut album. Engineered and mixed by well-known Melbourne producer David Carr (Kisschasy - Antiskeptic) at Rangemaster Studios and Mastered by Martin Pullen (Deep Purple) at Edensound Mastering. The 12 track album titled “We Used To...” was recently released.

Armed with a Toyota tour bus (aptly named ‘Mr Flibble’) and two completed videos (with another three on the way), the band plan to play as much of Australia as possible and will return to the studio later in the year for their follow up album. With a passion for getting reckless, having fun and a work ethic second to none they are always up for an adventure.
