Graspop Metal Meeting has its fourth headliner. And it's another sizzler. After Guns ’N Roses on Thursday, Iron Maiden on Friday and Ozzy Osbourne on Sunday, the pride of Danish metal, Volbeat, joins the headliners at Graspop Metal Meeting 2018. They play on Saturday 23 June.
Graspop Metal Meeting – size XL this year – takes place from Thursday 21 June to Sunday 24 June in Dessel. With the announcement of Volbeat as Saturday’s headliner on 23 June, day tickets for the festival go on sale this Saturday 9 December. Combi-tickets have been on sale since 18 November. Tickets for Graspop Metal Meeting are available from ticketmaster.be and proximusgoformusic.be.
Should Volbeat be one of the main acts at Graspop? Well, the heavy metal, rockabilly rebellion,groovy guitar sound goes down very well in Belgium. Last year their most recent album, “Seal the Deal & Let’s Boogie”, shot to #1 in the Ultratop album chart after its release. The band is always welcome in Dessel. The Danes headline Graspop Metal Meeting for a third time.
